This looks good quality mile listed contest on poly track at Kempton

 

The John & Thady Gosden trained three-year-old colt Roi De France   is a strong favourite at around 7-4 ,after winning class 2 handicap over C&D last month at Kempton, that looked fair effort, getting up on the line after finding plenty trouble in running, though that was only off mark 95, will need plenty more improvement to land this stronger race,with three horses rated 10lb superior on official ratings .Makes little appeal at short price .

 

POKER FACE looks interesting contender here taking big drop in class, having contested G1 & G2 races on his last nine starts, including finishing second three times in group two company this season .Also won the G2 Prix Daniel Wilderstein at Longchamp in OCT 2023 .Lightly raced on All Weather, though did win his only start at Newcastle back in 2022 .Will be suited returning to listed company for first time since winning listed contest at Pontefract in July 2023 .Odds around 7-1 look very fair each-way value .

Of the others Dear My Friend has to respected on his excellent record on All Weather (winning 4 out 5) ,including winning in listed company at Lingfield & Newcastle, though seem lose his way on turf this season , with some very poor efforts.Will be suited returning to All Weather , though has question marks on his first start since September .
