Another disappointing result on Wednesday with Brockwell running absolute stinker in 1 mile maiden stakes at Musselburgh finishing well beaten 6TH beaten over eight lenghs behind Choisan .
Brockwell looked open to plenty improvement stepping up in trip, though never really traveled in race and was soon beaten in straight, very disappointing and loss £256.00.That makes it 11 losers in row and profits are starting to dwindle away now down to £773.00 for the year .
Hi Jerry,
ReplyDeleteI watched the race and like-wise thought Brockwell would run a decent race. It was an indifferent performance without question. Musselburgh is a track which suits pacey sorts and I think it really didn't help Dascombe's juvenile, especially compared to Choisan who was in his element at the head of the field. It was a disappointing performance and I can't help but think the stable expected much more.
Things will turn your way.
Regards,
Jason
Hi Jason
ReplyDeleteOn form Choisan was the horse to beat having already beaten Brockwell by 5 lenghs at York .
I thought Brockwell would show lot improvement over the longer trip.Your probably right the track didn't suit, though still very disappointing run.
Not sure what's happening with my bets at minute, hopefully things will turn around soon .
Regards
Jerry
