This looks very competitive Listed sprint. The three main contenders look to be Perfect Pasture ,Dream Of Dreams & Sir Dancealot .
PERFECT PASTURE : 7-Y-0 Bay gelding ,winning 12 out 44 .Been in excellent form recently winning his last two starts ,including winning class two handicap at Nottingham 3 days ago ,off mark 100 .Also won listed race at Windsor back in May .Has 3lb penalty ,though has ideal conditions here .Each-way claims
DREAM OF DREAMS : 3-Y-0 Chestnut colt, winning 2 out 10.Had some fair form as 2-Y-0 for Kevin Ryan .Returned to form for new trainer Sir Michael Stoute ,bolting up in 7F conditions race at Lingfield in September, though was only 5th in listed race at Newbury last time .Drop back to 6f may suit ,should be thereabouts .
SIR DANCEALOT : 3-Y-0 Bay Colt ,winning 4 out 15 .Looked very decent 2-Y-0 ,winning three times ,including winning Rockingham listed race at York.Returned to winning form in 7f conditions race at Doncaster last time .Obvious claims on form ,though this shorter trip has to be question mark .
VERDICT : Sir Dancealot will have his supporters ,having won conditions race in good style last time ,though has disappointed on both starts over 6 furlongs this season. The drop back in trip doesn't look ideal .Odds around 3-1 look short enough in very competitive sprint .
PERFECT PASTURE has looked right back to his best ,winning two class 2 handicaps in last two weeks, including winning over C&D at Doncaster on soft ground. Also is proven winner in this grade ,winning in listed company back in May .Odds around 11-1 look decent each-way value.
