The betting bankroll stands at £3335 (+£1335) stakes drop slightly to £134.00 .Not the best run of results recently,though hopefully get back on track before the end of flat season.

Moving on to Saturday we have group one action from Newmarket ,with good looking fillies & mares mile contest .

9 runners declared for group one Sun Chariot stakes from Newmarket on ground likely ride good/soft .This looks competitive contest, the three main contenders look to be Laurens , Hermosa & Iridessa .

LAURENS : 4-Y-0 Bay filly ,winning 8 out 16 .Useful filly winning six group one races ,including winning this race last year.Will need to bounce back after poor run at Leopardstown last time ,though had previously been in good form, including winning G1 Prix Rothchild at Deauville in July .Solid claims with ideal conditions .

HERMOSA : 3-Y-0 Bay filly ,winning 4 out 12 .Decent Irish filly ,including winning 1000 guineas over C&D at Newmarket in May .Also finished good second in Matron Stakes at Leopardstown last time .Should be thereabouts ,though very best form on quicker ground .

IRIDESSA : 3-Y-0 Bay filly ,winning 4 out 10 .Not the most consistent Irish filly ,though very useful on her day ,including winning G1 Pretty Polly stakes & Matron Stakes at Leopardstown last time.Obvious claims if repeating that form ,though not always reliable .

VERDICT : Last years winner LAURENS will need bounce back after rare poor effort at Leopardstown last time on quick ground ,though has excellent record at Newmarket over C&D (121). Will also be better suited by this easier ground (4 out 6 ) on good/soft or soft.Odds around 4-1 look very fair value .
